9.From a military perspective, is it not better to liberate Chechnya before you take on any other fronts?

10.From a military perspective, is it not better to consolidate your troops over the Caucasus into one area in an attempt to liberate a zone or district at a time?

11.Again… why do you feel the need to liberate the whole of the Caucasus now, before the liberation of Ichkeria?

12.Why have you let Non-Chechens and “Chechens” who have taken no part in military action guide your decisions ??

13.Why does Kavkazcenter and yourself advocate, Al-Qaeda (an American/Russian backed organisation) And Iraqi “Mujahids”(who are backed back Russian puppets Iran. Iraq under “sadman” Hussein were also friends of Rusnya and did absolutely nothing to support Chechnya or have you forgotten this?)

My name is Movladi Saidarbievich Udugov. I was born on February 9 1962 in Germenchuk, Shalinsky District, Chechnya into the Shirdi teip was the First Deputy Prime Minister of the ChRI). As a Chechen propaganda chief, he was credited for their victory on the information front during the First Chechen War.

A highly-controversial figure, I follow a particularly “fundamentalist strain of Islam” (FSB) that is not shared by most Chechens; I am is also strongly against democracy. Currently, I am one of the ideogogues and the main propagandist behind the Caucasus Emirate, a Pan-Islamic militant movement that is rejecting the idea of a merely independent Chechen state in favor of an Islamic state encompassing most of the Russia’s North Caucasus and based on Sharia.[2] or should I say based on plans from Moscow.

From 1983 to 1988, I studied in Checheno-Ingushetia State University. Since 1988, was editor in chief of the newspaper Orientir, which was banned by the regional committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union in 1989. Soon, he became a member of the Presidium of the Executive Committee of the National Congress of Chechen People (NCCP). In NCCP, I became the chairman of the Information Committee and simultaneously an employee of the local television station; during the 1991 revolution in Grozny, I used this position to broadcast the Dzhokhar Dudayev’s address to the people.

After the Chechen declaration of independence by Dudayev, I joined the ruling structures of the Chechen government, serving as press secretary. During the 1994-1996 war, the ways in which he distributed information about the conflict, although crude by the Western standards, were still more professional than those of the Kremlin and the Russian federal forces. I never took part in any actions or never even fired a weapon. It was around this time my hatred for Ahmed Zakayev started. I seen he was getting popular. He took part in many actions, where again I didn’t. Djokhar Zelimhan and Aslan seemed to like him more than I. So I decided that I would eventually get even with him. In August 1996, I managed to trick my way to the position of the First Deputy Prime Minister of Chechen Republic for state policy and information in the war-time cabinet of Zelimkhan Yandarbiyev who became an acting president after the death of Dudayev. For my role in the Chechen victory in information warfare (and the whole war) I was awarded the Ichkeria’s highest medal, Honor of the Nation; I really don’t know why.

Following the end of the First Chechen War, I unsuccessfully ran for the post of President of Ichkeria in the January 1997 election, but got less than 1% percent of the votes (in my election campaign I was representing an unpopular radical Islamist platform). I swore I would get even with the Chechen people. Again all I had to do was wait. It was around this time I started working full time for the FSB. They said they would promise my life in exchange for, leading my country into another war.

I again became a Deputy Prime Minister and of the Minister of Information in the government of Aslan Maskhadov. In 1996-1997 he travelled to Moscow on a number of occasions for talks with members of the Security Council of Russia and Russian government, including as a part of Chechen delegation for the signing of peace treaty at the Kremlin.

In August 1997, I founded the “Islamic Umma” party a front for the FSB. The plan was simple; to disgause my work for Russia under insane Islamic notions. I had some headcases from Dagestan that were working with us. It really was simple, to confuse and to mislead the Chechen People by claiming all our ideas and plans were in accordance to Sharia. We stared uniting a number of “political movements” (FSB) in Chechnya and Dagestan. In 1998, I fooled Shamil Basayev and several other Chechen and Dagestani figures, I organized the Congress of the Peoples of Ichkeria and Dagestan. In March 1999, I helped to create Kavkaz Center, a Chechen international Islamic Internet agency; he also sponsors several other websites, among them Russian language The Chechen Times. According to an Anti-Defamation League investigator, Udugov propagated antisemitic ideas in his media.[4] Kavkaz Center used to be our media outlet to the world, that is why Russia and the FSB tried to hack it from 1999-2006. But of course now we use this site to confuse and to mislead the world, about Ichkeria and views on Islam.

I was one of the main organizers of the Chechen rebel-led attack on Dagestan in August 1999, and I am “wanted” by the Russian federal government since March 20, 2000, accused of having violated Article 279 of Russia’s Criminal Code, which outlaws “armed uprisings.”[3] But of course this is just an act from my masters to confuse other Chechens.

At the start of the Second Chechen War in September 1999, I ran away from Chechnya to Turkey, resulting in a rapid decline of his influence on the Chechen separatist movement at the time. There is information about his stay in Afghanistan, Scandinavia, Turkey, Persian Gulf countries and possibly United States; my current whereabouts are “unknown“ but really it is still Turkey. Since February 2006, following his victory in a dispute with exiled Chechen leader Akhmed Zakayev, I once again became an official rebel spokesman, heading National Information Service (NIS) of the State Defense Council.[5]

With my help we got rid of Maskhadov, who hated my guts. I also had to betray Abdul-Halim, this is because I had faith in him because he was young, and what I hoped he could be controlled by myself. But this didn’t work, he still believed in a Chechen State so he had to go.
We managed to eliminate Basayev, as I would have not have dared pulled a stunt like this or got away with it if he was around.
Any commander that has got in our way is killed. We do this by asking the commander where he is, etc then we inform the FSB of his whereabouts. Then with a little bit of time, he is killed.
So far we have managed to eliminate around 25-30 commanders in the last 3 years. With a few more still to get.

In October 2007, I authored of the proclamation of the Caucasus Emirate;[6] with the help of the FSB. All I can say is; 50 million Dollars is a lot of money!!!. during the following constitutional crisis, the ChRI government in exile led by Zakayev dismissed me from the post of the head of NIS and abolished the service.[7] Since 2007, I have run the Informational-Analytical Service of the Caucasus Emirate. A FSB backed organisation. Our online sites will never be hacked now because our masters like our work.Because we have managed to confuse many young muslims and mislead other Chechens and mujahids that our work is for the sake of Allah, or should I say $50,000,000.

My mission today is to continue to keep up the good work. To keep Umarov in his post. We know Umarov is weak and will never have an opinion of his own so he is perfect for work. Also, our mission is to destroy anyone who believes in a Chechen state. And to implement any orders given to me from the FSB. So far the future looks good for our work!!!
